We in group 7 wanted to highlight the diversity of different social groups that comprise the world that we live in today. Not many people know that subcultures can range from all kinds of things like the typical goth, hippy or hipster subculture all the way to the unique like fandom, foodie or hacker subculture. The possibilities are endless! That is why we have comprised our WordPress website to include a whole host of unique and interesting subcultures which permeate society today. We understand that we are missing some subcultures but, we wanted to highlight those which have risen to become prominent in today’s society as well as those that have influenced the current subcultures that we have today! So we hope you enjoy and who knows maybe you too will learn something new about subcultures!
